Hello Lovely Readers! It has been an amazingly busy few months - thank you so much for baring with me! Love & Reputation (side note: do we like the new name? A Happy Union didn't feel right anymore...) is FINALLY finished. Thank you so much to everyone who kept asking for chapters, reading and voting for what was online, or who has since gone through and read the whole thing now that it's finished. As always, I am incredibly grateful <3 I would love to know your thoughts and feelings on Rosemary & Alexander's journey (and in a rather unhinged way, I would love to know your rankings of the Humphrey Chronicles couples so far! Who is your favourite couple? Mine is a couple that's yet to come, which is cheating, I know hehe)
          Now to excuse my continued lies that I'd be 'finishing it this week' (nobody count how many times I said that, please), I just want to put some exciting personal news into the universe: I've moved house! Just to the next city, but it's very exciting. And the reason I've moved is because I've got a new job starting in January. And the reason I've got a new job is because I've FINALLY finished my university studies!! I'm done! Woo!
          I'm not just sharing that with you because I'm so excited, but because it means next year I SHOULD have a more consistent schedule, and one of my goals is to ACTUALLY start posting consistently. So, my lovely Wattpad community, I would love to know more about how you like books updated. Do you like a shorter chapter every week, a hefty chapter every fortnight, a couple of chapters just at the end of the month? I would love to know your thoughts!
          And then last, but not least, is to say that OF COURSE the next book I'm working on is A Proper Education. Simon has a fan base amongst you that I wasn't expecting - please drop a comment below and let me know why you're excited for more Simon! Or is it just because we get more sassy Phil? Let me know!

Hello Lovely Readers! Chapter 12 of a Happy Union has just dropped! We are one chapter and an epilogue away from the end of Rosemary and Alexander's story and I am so excited to get it out there for you all! I hope you are too :D

Hello Lovely Readers! I'm on a roll - another chapter of A Happy Union went up yesterday (some of you have found it already ;) )! I'm hoping I can actually finish the novella this week, which is very exciting! Let me know how you think it's going so far!

Hello Lovely Readers! I had a very productive day of procrastination today, which means that I have just uploaded not 1, not 2, but 2.5 new chapters of A Happy Union!! Now, you might be asking yourself 'A half? How do you upload half a chapter?' And the answer is 'you decide you don't like chapter 3 because it's too short and you also want more background info earlier, so you go with a 2 birds, 1 stone approach and now chapter 3 is twice as long'! Ta-Da!! 
          Please go give those chapters a read and let me know what you think - they are very emotional, explanatory chapters, so I would love to know what you think about them, the characters, and their motivations :) 
          A Happy Union is now 2-3 chapters off being completed which is very exciting! Stay tuned for more erratic updates!

Hello Lovely Readers! After many weeks (dare I say months), I have finally put up a new chapter... in A Happy Union... It's not a Simon update, but I hope you check it out nonetheless! 
          I also want to thank all the new readers who have added A Happy Union to their reading lists over the past few weeks! In two weeks, not only has A Happy Union's reads doubled, but I've learnt how to say 'reading list' in about 5 different (mostly European) languages! I hope you're all enjoying Rosemary and Alexander's journey :)

Hello Lovely Readers! In exciting but unexpected news, Husband Wanted has had the #texttospeech feature added by Wattpad! I'm not sure how or why, but I'm thrilled that Beth's journey is now more accessible to all :) If you fancy hearing a robotic voice read you some historical fiction (and refer to Simon as 'see' on occasion oops haha), then please check it out!

Hello Lovely Readers! Firstly, I want to thank you all for the support the Humphrey Chronicles has been receiving over the past few weeks - I have loved waking up to so many lovely comments and thoughts, and it has been making me miss my lovely Humphrey siblings so much! Secondly, a few exciting milestones I would love to celebrate: 250 followers, over 75K reads on Husband Wanted, AND Husband Wanted has made it to #1 in #regencyromance (it's not a huge category, but its the first #1 so I am very excited!!!) Thank you all so much once again for your support - all of these would be impossible (quite literally) without you. 
          Now, thirdly - and perhaps most importantly - updates! The busiest month of my year is now officially over and done with, and I have recovered suitably to begin writing again! I have spent tonight plotting out A Proper Education, and now that I feel like I have more direction I'm hoping the words will begin to flow. I'm going to put my effort into writing that and ignore my distraction projects as best I can. Each chapter will go up without rhyme or reason because I crave the dopamine hehe, but I will try to get one up in the next few days as a thank you to you all <3. 
          Fourthly... I don't even know! I guess... questions? Feedback for me? I would love and appreciate any constructive criticism or reflections on the characters - do you have a favourite couple so far? A sibling whose story you are most looking forward to? Can you guess who I'm most looking forward to? (I think I've already disclosed once before that I accidentally have a favourite oops)
          Once again, thank you so much for your support and for joining me on the journey that is the Humphrey Chronicles! I hope you all have lovely days/nights wherever you are in the world :)

I can’t express how happy I am to see that Vincent and Thomas have a story! Haven’t finished the first book yet but I am so excited to see where their story goes!
