I just killed my back so I will have a lot more free time so I'll be writing a lot more. I was climbing and I got onto a rope and a screw came loose and the role detached from the structure and I fell on my back. I landed on a bag of hardened concrete and my back has been hurting. we went to an urgent care and then they said I was probably fine but told us to go to the ER just to make sure so we went to the ER and I should be good in a week or two at most
