Dear Professor Snape,
We got to know about you over the years, little by little, and suddenly you were gone. There was no way of bringing you back. That's when we all realised, we all fell in love with "the half blood prince". We fell in love with the bitterness which hid your darkness and the coldness which shelled your pain.
I travelled into the pensieve of your memories, memories of your love and pain, and my eyes were brimming with
tears throughout the journey. Your immense and undying love for Lily was selfless, passionate and fierce.
You are not only one of the most appreciated and greatest wizards but were also a man of dignity, who kept his words till his last breath, who sacrificed himself for his unrequited love.
You taught us how a single syllable 'Always' can be full of thousands of emotions which can't be expressed otherwise and that love is not always about romantic gestures and being expressive, but about ensuring happiness and well-being of your loved one.
Even today when we hear "page 394" our mind goes back to your story, a story which ended too soon,a story which redefined love and we fall in love with you all over again.
