What I leaned from publishing my first story, first right off the bat if you finish a chapter you dont want to publish it,that only put's you under pressure cause people want the next one. Instead make a couple a chapter maybe 5-9 then publish one ever week while your working on the next chapters. Second, Be confident in your work, You may think its horrible but the people reading it won't necessarily agree with you. Third find your boundary's. This  one can be a tough one for beginners, but I learned if your staying within the original plot you need to make it somewhat similar to the OG show/game or whatever your basing it off of. Yes Wattpad is a place to let your imagination loose but you still need to know your  boundary's and when and when not to cross the line. But If your doing a crossover you can let your imagination run loose. Final, Have fun and try new things out, Its good to have boundary's but you still need to like your own creation, and if you don't try again, don't give up!
