Take moments for yourself and realize, life is amazing. There are terrible people in this world, as there are good. Just because you cannot see the good, doesn't mean it isn't there. In the worst of situations, look to the good things and hold on. Also, highly recommend the books Fourth Wing, it is to DIE for.
