(oh god this yap wall almost hits the max characters, im cooked)
Howdy, Underscore! Figured I'd pop in as a little constructive criticism; one writer to another that yaps a lot lmao
Found your old book from a reddit post a year ago, so I went ahead and read Heartwired, sooo I figured I'd just yap a little abt what i think
First, the book's plot: it's pretty good, there's nothing I can really yap about there; a plot is a plot-
one of the main things i wanted to talk about though is the chapter categorization.I noticed the chapters kind of end abruptly, and they're definitely a little short. I think the entire night, instead of being split out among chapters, could all be one chapter, and have days as separate chapters if you think you can make that possible (of course you can be lenient on this, like for cliffhangers and such)
Also, I want to go ahead and say that you don't have to create images for scenarios. Images are used as a visual aid, but I think if you took a moment to think of the scene in your head and then try to explain that scene in the best way you can, it would not only help the story feel longer, but also more immersive to the reader (Of course, I've made images for my stories as well, but I only use them as the chapter covers)
[THE IMPORTANT PART HERE] I also want to go ahead and say that, you don't have to take anything from this comment at all! I'm just one person, and even if I wasn't, who cares?Making stories on Wattpad is great because it's YOUR story. You can make it any way you want and nobody should be able to tell you otherwise.
btw, I hope you come over the difficulties you've been having this year. You got my support, (even though you dont know me and probably think of me as a nitpicky little bi-)
