Okay so I'm not dead (for those of you who do care), and unfortunately I will be leaving again soon(for those of you who don't care), but I would like just say, that for all those people who are going through rough stages in their life right now like I am, here are a few tips to hopefully keep you going:
Okay, so say someone who is absolutely crap to you is well being crap to you, think of it this way, you do not like them, and if you do not like them, then who gives a flying pig what they think, now I know that sometimes it's not that simple, but it's helped me overcome a lot of stuff.
Secondly, when I was little I used to tell a lot of lies to my parents, whether they were small or big, they still hurt them. So I might sound like a full preacher when I say this, but seriously if there is a lie that is making you feel guilty, you gotta tell someone, it lifts a huge weight of your conscience, trust me.
Thirdly, if your having issues with your family, like I sometimes do, tell someone, whether it's a friend or I don't know, a professional, because it can make a huge difference to your life.
Lastly this is for those who know people suffering with depression.Now I know a lot of people who are in that sort of state right now, were they hate themselves or doubt everything they do, but you have got to be that one (or another) person to comfort them, and not falsely, you've got to give them a reason to be happy, and if they need you to do something, don't argue just say "hey, you need your space I get it." And walk away, but don't let them feel sad, and don't stop them from flooding their emotions, because that helps get rid of some pain.
