Riddle me this: If anyone else is on a self-help and self-care journey, how have you been coming along? What keeps you motivated? 
          
          As I've been on my self-care journey for about two weeks with my eating and sleeping habits, and am slowly implementing workouts (Pilates) into my routine.  It has been going well, and if I can do it, with everything working against me, YOU can definitely do it!
