You all thought I was dead? Ha, Corona hasn't gotten me yet folks! I thought I'd explain why I suddenly went silent as I finally begin to write again. 
          
          One of my personal and probably unattainable dreams is to be professionally published - if you're a writer yourself, you'll probably hope for something similar. It's not as though sharing what I write with all of you is unstatisfying, it is that seeing stuff I've written in physical form would be beyond amazing. So since that's my goal, I wanted to spend quarentine writing something original. 
          
          For me at least, this is harder than writing fanfiction because you have to plan the plot, design the characters and write the idea entirely from your own head. While it can be worthwhile, the process often makes it hard to see it that way. During my time working on my own ideas, I found myself discouraged and for not the first time, I became unconfident with my writing and how it was - despite the fact I knew otherwise. (Not to say that it's perfect - it's not - but I thought it was unreadable)
          
          I'm trying to work my way past that now and returning to a place that I know it familiar with HMTSTA means that I'm slowly building my confidence back up again. I don't know whether we'll see anything original anytime soon over on Wattpad, but I can say that Chapter 57 is in the works. (57 is my favourite number so I'm super excited for some reason)
          
          I know I haven't been alone with my struggles at this time and I hope you've all been doing safe and well x
          
          

Heya all, I know it's been a while since you've heard from me. How are you all doing? It seems like the very world wants to end, doesn't it? I took an almost two month hiatus and a lot has happened, in my personal life and outside of it. 
          
          The reason that I haven't been updating is because I've been prepping for another round of exams which have, unfortunately, had to be cancelled, leaving all that work to go down the drain. With self-isolation and social distancing, however, it means that I can finally get back to writing again! 
          
          Chapter 55 will be out tomorrow, the ending to the original arc at last! There will be a couple of bridge chapters before we move on to what I next have planned. They'll be no schedule since I've proven myself to be horrible at that but I'm aiming for at least once every week, if not more. (Famous last words, Four. Famous last words)
          
          I also know that I haven't been keeping up with my reading but I promise I'll get there soon enough. Until then, keep safe x
