Autistic polyamory looks like me wanting to fall asleep cuddling with 2+ people who I love, who love me, and who love each other, knowing I'm surrounded by pure love and affection, but the one partner I have lives about 250 km away and also I'm scared of physical though and also incapable of dating people because even if I'm attracted to someone (only ever happened twice, maybe 3 times if we count that hyperfixation on the cute transguy I had debating class with this year) I won't do anything about it besides eventually telling them

          	But yeah, all polyamorous people want is to cheat and have threesomes, sure /sarc

@Haus_in_Neuruppin GERNE.
          	  Dieses Argument ist einfach nur flüssige scheiße. NATÜRLICH kann nicht immer jeder die Bedürfnisse von deren Partner erfüllen, aber das gilt für JEDE Beziehung. Dieses Argument ist beschissen schädlich weil es A) bedeuten würde, dass leute in monogamen Beziehungen unglücklich sind (jo einfach für mehrere Stunden vergessen dass ich das hier noch offen hab TwT) und B) suggeriert es, dass die individuellen Partner in einer polygamen Beziehung "nicht genug" sind

CW: it's a rant about the glorification of SA

          Btw I don't care what people think. If someone says stop, you stop. No "but they like it", no "but they didn't mean it" no nothing. If there's no code for "I'm serious right now, I want you to stop now", than anything like stop, no, etc. means you're supposed to stop.

          This isn't only about sex btw. Consent ALWAYS matters. Not just when fucking.

          (I'm slightly mad about a post that was essentially
          "Person A is fucking person B but person B tells them to stop but person A doesn't stop because they want them to come once more" and most of the comments were saying it was hot. If it isn't established that this is happening consensual, it's not hot, it's rape)

Young (teenagers - young adults), charismatic antagonists are amazing.

          Mainly the female ones. But just cause somehow they have more charisma than male antagonists? I need more Tom Riddles. Or Kai Parkers. I'd also take some Kol Mikaelsons.

Is it weird that I don't relate to the "what colour is Tuesday?" Thing?

Fox_on_Paws

Just learned that switches in OSDD systems often don't feel like switches in DID do.

          The most common picture of DID fronting is the car metaphor, the driver being the fronter, an optional co-driver being co-conscious, and anyone else in the car is just watching a bit

          However, OSDD fronting can and does often feel different. A common description from Alters of OSDD systems is, that instead of the "I stop controling the body and a different alter controls it instead" DID systems describe, they experience a shift in their sense of self, rather than a lose of control. So it's more like *who* they are changes, but not *that* they are

          Learning this really helped us too. We don't have any form of OSDD, but we really identify with the experience described above, because our switches are similar to this experiences

            It it!! But while PTSD is mostly caused by one big traumatic event (like a major accident, a terrorist attack, a natural disaster, being r*ped (once)), cPTSD is caused by a prolonged unsafe, traumatizing environment like growing up with abusive parents, growing up/being in a cult, being bullied over a very long period of time (I'm talking 5+ years of nonstop bullying) etc. and it can be very difficult to diagnose cPTSD because oftentimes people with it haven't experienced a big T trauma (which means a life threatening traumatic incident like a terrorist attack or severe accident) and instead have been growing up in an unsafe, unstable, toxic environment

@polarkreis Oh okay

            So cPTSD is not a more complex version of "regular" PTSD?

She-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is the reason we have Bi Harry btw xD it's really funny to me that this person was so stupid that she didn't consider that, if writing from the POV of a male character who she intends to be hetero, she shouldn't describe how hot the people she, a heterosexual woman, is attracted to, but rather the people a heterosexual teenage boy would be attracted to.

          But well, live, laugh, love Bi Harry James Potter

Some hot takes because the world isn't woke enough yet:

          Possible triggers: Abuse, selfharming behaviour, mental health, suicidal thoughts

          "Their body = their choice" goes all ways. If someone agrees to something that damages their body, it's their choice and theirs alone (as long as they're 1. mature enough to be aware of the consequences, 2. aren't hurting anyone else). Yes, this counts for dangerous hobbies, addictions, kinks, and anything else that could possible be damaging to someone's own body

          Abuse doesn't end where plesure begins. That are two entirely separate things. No, just because it felt good doesn't meat it wasn't abuse/rape. If someone does ANYTHING the other person didn't allow them to do, it's technically abuse. But also lack of pleasure doesn't equal abuse. Lack of consent equals abuse. Nothing, and I repeat, nothing but the lack of voluntary, consequence aware consent equals abuse.

          Selfharm/suicidal thoughts/mental disorders/bad mental health in any form doesn't need a reason. Idc if someone has the newest iPhone every year. If they feel the need to harm themselves, they deserve to get help. Yes even if they're doing it for attention. Humans are a social species, we can't survive without attention and affection of others

          Having trouble eating doesn't mean someone has an ED, but it does mean that they should see a professional if the problems are long-term and/or causing damage to the person

          An opinion stops being relevant as soon as it invalidates someone else's identity. And also, everyone is free to have their own opinions, but sometimes mentioning them is extremly inappropriate.

          If you don't agree with someone's identity, just don't fucking talk to that person about it. A person is more than one aspect of their live.

          Fiction does affect reality. But the solution isn't censorship, it's education. Making things illegal doesn't help stop it, educating people does help.
