Frank Pettingill was born in Portland Maine in 1981 to a Family who had lived there for many generations. An average student in high school and having an IQ of 145, Frank was often bored with school. He spent a vast majority of those years buried in novels and Advanced Dungeons and Dragons with a small number of close friends.
