I like it to the point I have read it, but need to digest it, lots of characters and along with that lots of information to digest. Your male character comes across as real but  trauma, I can relate to some of what he is feeling at times. All our lives are full of regrets and there are plenty of people who feel betrayed by some that they admired earlier in life. Keep writing please.

@Frederick61 The Silent One? I am finishing editing it before I start working on fairing up the first draft of the sequel :) It was my first attempt of writing a novella and even after 2 years I am working on polishing it! Thank you> I am so glad you approved of Jaya's character. 
            
            Maatanga Hill also has a similar strong female MC albeit a tortured one:P
            
            Btw dare I ask what you thought of Getting Even? it's not often I write a male MC's POV
