i haven't been online for so long and my contest entries book was removed in april...with no real explanation of what policy it apparently violated, i'm unable to respond to the message, and they don't restore the content...why did i log on, again?

i hate when people ask me how i am because i hesitate. do i bother bringing up just how badly i'm doing or just say fine? or just smile and nod? what's appropriate at this point? even if i know the person is asking genuinely, do i speak up, and, if so, will i break down?
