          	I know I changed the cover for CMWIF YET AGAIN.
          	But it's because I realized that I have too much content for one book, so it's now a series! The old cover will be for the second book :)

Happy New Year everyone!
          I'm deeply sorry that I missed the last three updates 
          I will try to have one next week!
          TL;DR
          Usually I post chapters no matter how busy life can get because it's what brings me joy and I look forward to every Thursday.
          Writing is one of my favourite hobbies and it's one of my only fixations that never really goes away. Even when I'm not actually writing, I'm at least plotting or dreaming up new ideas.
          However, I've been having some issues with my meds lately and haven't quite been feeling like myself. I was supposed to have a psychiatrist appointment at the beginning of December, but I missed and now won't be able to go until the end of February.
          As for writing, I've still been plotting and stuff, but Catch Me When I Fall, which has been my pride and joy, I suddenly lost inspiration for.
          I think I burnt myself out a bit during the NovNov challenge. In the past, I got the 50,000 words in from multiple stories. In 2025, I decided the get 50,000 words in for CMWIF alone. I almost made it halfway but I started falling behind and it overwhelmed me so much that I dropped the challenge, and I haven't written in CMWIF since.
          So three weeks ago I got caught up to the last chapter that was complete, and that's why there hasn't been one since.
          All that being said, Tyrone and Khai are still my bebes and I miss them. I think there's a tiny well of inspiration starting to flow again.

(Delayed) Update: I should stop assuming the universe is attacking me. I did, in fact, go back the very next day (like after the day nothing was working) and lo and behold, the laptop I wanted went on sale overnight. If it had managed to work the first day, I wouldn't have saved $200. So it was in fact good luck, not bad. Lesson learned, I should stop jumping to conclusions and trust the process. It can be hard to see it at times, but setbacks are often because something better is on it's way ❤️
          I've had my new laptop for about 5 days now and I'm very grateful. It's better than my old one and the reason it took me so get this update out is because I learned that unlike my old laptop, this new one can effortlessly process a video game I love and haven't played in four years... so that was a bit of a hyper fixation. I'm sorry, this is deviating very far from writing and whatever so... yea... 
          Love you all and I'll see you tomorrow with a new chapter

            I had this recurring dream of a specific scene for weeks. I knew that it was from a book but could not remember which one until it finally popped into my head. It was The Ranger's Apprentice, a series I hadn't read since I was a kid. I bought that entire series then and there and read through it quickly, I had no internet at the time. 
            
            Sometimes hyper fixations are magnificent. So, have a good time playing and I will make sure to read the chapter tomorrow, and the one I missed.

My dear beloved readers I am so sorry I skipped the update yesterday... see my laptop kinda broke down and my repair guy said yeah sorry it's garbage now. Fun times. I tried to buy a new one and the system was down. I don't even know what of bad luck-
          Anyways, hopefully I can get one today.
          I was trying to post an announcement on the mobile version of Wattpad but I couldn't get it figured out. So here I am at a library, typing on a tiny chromebook that I have yet to adjust to the keyboard layout (you have no idea how many errors I've had to fix already while trying to type this) so I can at least inform y'all what's been going on. Anyways.
          Now that I am here, I will post my chapter :)
          Hopefully I get the whole situation sorted out shortly.
