@FrolicSoiree Heya, no need to be so formal. :-) Yep, it has to be complete. Round 2 of the Wattys is on the way, so in order to be eligible for Round 2, your story must have at least 30 pages and be completed by 11:59 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on November 30, 2011.
