@ Dark_frost_72930  yes because eeveelution squad the new world before the Coastal tribe war he was helped by urban pokemon and the first urban pokemon if there was a wild pokemon that was friendly to urban pokemon because the Coastal tribe's residence was destroyed by the venom squad attack the urban pokemon were forced to allow the Coastal tribe to live side by side with urban pokemon and because of that the Coastal tribe agreed to the urban pokemon agreement and the Coastal tribe would learn how to be an urban pokemon like selling goods, joining the rescue team and learning for children from the Coastal tribe's pokemon
