          So, it’s been awhile, hasn’t it? Can’t say I meant to leave.
          
          But, if you follow “By The Way, I Like You,” then you should check out the announcement I made for it. Talks about my reason for the hiatus and other stuff for the fanfic, if you’re interested.
          
          That’s all I have for now. I’ll be trying to post on here for updates on the fanfic as much as I can with info for you guys! :)

Greetings!
          
          So just a few quick announcements:
          
          1) “By The Way, I Like You” just reached 1,000 votes! Seriously, you guys are amazing. The book was only written because I was bored one day and felt the need to write down some thoughts. Never in my wildest dreams would I believe that something I wrote would get so many people to like it! You guys are amazing, honestly.
          
          2) The new decade is coming up and you know what that means: New Years Resolutions. I don’t normally do those because knowing myself, they won’t work out. BUT I do plan on attempting at writing more. Inspiration is just hard to come by these days. I will make an effort at getting more chapters uploaded.
          
          3) There won’t be any promises for the next chapter, but it will be uploaded in the near future. It’s mostly finding time to finish writing it and editing it.
          
               - Previous chapters WILL be edited periodically. 
                 There were some mistakes missed through the 
                  first revision and I will go back and fix those.
          
          That’s all! I do hope the holidays are going well for all of you and that the new decade only brings joy.

Hola, mi followers.
          
          I hope everyone has been doing good this year in school, work, you name it. I also hope your life hasn’t been as chaotic as mine has.
          
          College/high school/drama/band/choir/personal issues have been kicking my as$ lately. Not only that, but trying to find a slimmer of free time has been an issue ever since this school year started.
          
          Stress has been consuming me and as I write this, my heart is aching due to the fact that I have pre-calc homework I have to finish by sometime this week. I’ve been falling behind and haven’t been able to catch up due to laziness and low concentration.
          
          I do want to apologize about not updating as of late. Don’t worry, I have been able to work on the chapter when given the time. The only issue is that I can’t seem to find a way to continue the storyline. I know where I want it to go, but figuring out how to GET there is the issue.
          
          So the next chapter for “By The Way, I Like You” will come out at some point. Not soon, but at some point.

It’s that time of year again:
          
          School.
          
          Whether you love it or you despise it with a passion, you have to deal with it. You’re given this opportunity to broaden your mind, so use it!
          
          I know that it’s torture, but life isn’t all cupcakes and rainbows.
          
          Aside from that, even though updates are slow as it is, they will continue to become slower. I am sorry for the inconvenience that you’re going to run into, but this year is going to be chaotic and there’s no set path that I have down yet. With me taking college courses, AP classes, and extracurricular activities, my schedule is going to fill up fast.
          
          When I get the chance, I’ll write and update. But that’s also assuming I’ll be able to update.
          
          That’s all! Just a heads up for what’s to come up in the next few months.

          Yes, I know it’s been awhile, but there you guys go! It’s out now and that’s all that matters.
          
          Just don’t Thanos snap me out of existence for not uploading it until 4:30 in the morning.

I have edited every chapter for “By The Way, I Like You.” That does not mean the next chapter is ready to be released. I had some free time and decided to fix some mistakes.
          
          There is no specific date for when chapter eight will be out, but as I’ve said previously, chapters get released when they’re done.

          Hi! I just wanted to say that I love your “By The Way I Like You” book! It’s really well written and it gave me so much emotions at 1am :)

“By The Way, I Like You” Bonus Chapter has now been published.
          
          Decided to write a quick and simple bonus chapter full of fluff. It is NOT cannon, so don’t think it is. Some people will be happy with the song choice, so you’re welcome for that.
