The fact that I wrote Aftermath when I was thirteen years old is kinda insane to me now, looking back almost an entire DECADE later. In just a few weeks, I'll be turning 23.
I'm not gonna lie, part of me would really like to go back and revamp the entire thing, if only because I know how much better I could make it, but at the same time that's a massive undertaking considering I haven't written anything PJO/Avengers related since... well, since I was thirteen.
I log in from time to time, and I'm honestly amazed that it still gets read, that people are still leaving comments to this day. It's crazy to think that something I wrote so long ago is still being seen by fresh eyes almost a decade later.
I am very grateful for everyone who has read it or picked it up in the years that has passed, and the experience and joy it brought to me as a kid when I wrote it, and now as an adult I can look back fondly at my cringe-y writing.
I'll consider doing a massive overhaul, maybe as a ten year anniversary gift for the people who have stuck around, and so any future readers can have something really nice to read.
If anyone has read this, thank YOU. Thank you for being here. Writing has changed my life, and this is where it all really started. I love you guys.
