Y’all remember those kids Halloween song vids by Zebra, Umi Uzi and Kids Channel? Rembrandt how dark their songs used to be? Like aliens who kidnap babies? “Aliens who kidnap babies, next they’ll come for you maybe, take you to their space ship and pull your parts apart.” But then they changed it to “Aliens who BEFRIEND babies, next they’ll come for you. maybe, take you to their spaceship and make you sing their song”  What is up with that? Why’d they change it? That’s not the only song they’ve changed over the years.

I was just rewatching The Little Mermaid(The animated one. Not whatever the hell the live action one is. I haven’t even watched it yet, but I don’t like what I’ve seen of the trailer. I need to preface this by saying, I am a person of color. I just can’t deal with the fact that they made Ariel black, like, leave it alone. Stop changing stuff. Flounder is a flounder fish, not what ever the hell you turned him into. Why is Sebastian played by a person who can’t even do a Jamaican accent??) 
          
          ANYWAYS, Did you ever stop to think that when Ariel trades her voice that she CAN WRITE?? She could’ve wrote a note to Eric saying “Hey, I’m the girl who saved you but I lost my voice.” Ursula never said she couldn’t write, she just couldn’t speak. Think about it for a min.
