My primary medium is novels, but I also dabble in fanfiction on AO3.  My trademark is that all of my stories have a supernatural element.  I don't do "real" because I do stories to escape my real life.  Since I suffer from hypergraphia, I'm pretty much always writing something!

I'll only do a story if I can find a song to go with it.  To me songs and stories go hand-in-hand.
