hello dear follower, this is @G3TCOOL. usually my posts are humorous little thoughts and such, but today i’m announcing something you probably won’t be very happy with. i will be logging off pretty soon. and by that i mean, i’m leaving. i know this is very sudden, as i’m just about to hit 200 followers, my most popular book has over 100K views, and i had so many plans and ideas for future books. however, my attitude toward my writing has changed greatly. (DISCLAIMER: the following is not meant to direct hate at any authors or readers, and is purely my opinion.) (1/5)

@G3TCOOL i honestly only read/write fanfictions because yeah, the K-pop idols make a good character for a book. I only put them there to, you know, somehow make my stories alive. Their actions and everything are just for fictional entertainment. I own nothing but my words. But y'all can't deny if the plot of the story is great. It's one of my weaknesses as a beginner in the wattpad world. The problem tho is just y/n stories. If the storyline's good, I'm reading it but it just annoys me that it's always y/n. I understand your point and truly agree to you.

@-NANASTHETIC- Thats exactly my viewpoint. I like reading them because it’s interesting and the plots are good. I don’t like reading books with Y/N because it just makes some people believe it’ll come true. I personally prefer books that use a regular persons name. I write my own books and I’m currently writing a fan fiction at the time but it’s important for readers to know and understand the difference between fiction and reality. The chances of you meeting your idol and developing a relationship are so low, it’s close to being impossible.

i thank everyone that supported me and my works, and will probably publish any drafts saved before (of unfinished books) before signing off one last time. so lastly, informally, i’d like to say: i’m seriously grateful for everything, but we really gotta move on. i think, especially after this crazy year, we need to get better, and we need to enforce the line between fan and idol. between person and person. so i wish everyone a happy holidays, and a good life. go outside and talk to people folks. emotional support kpop boys and girls are great but emotional support best friends are better. xx, @G3TCOOL (5/5)
