I have been reading and watching science fiction since I was old enough to observe Peter Davison walking around a very unrealistic jungle set in the Doctor Who story Kinda in 1982. The first set of sci-fi books I ever read was The Tripods trilogy by John Christopher before the resultant TV series was broadcast. Even in print The Tripods were scary.

Over the years I've come to love books such as The Dark is Rising, Ender's Game, Magician, The Belgariad and The Dragonlance Chronicles. More recently I've come to admire the Star Trek references in Robert J. Sawyer books, the effortless advanced science of Greg Egan and the finely balanced scientific\action novels written by Robert Charles Wilson.

I've always liked writing, hopefully I always will, and Wattpad seems the ideal place to put my wares on display. Currently I'm publishing a chapter every Thursday of my second novel 'Hunter No More'.
