Alright, hello! I'm Gracie Phillips - though by the time you read this, I might be Gracie Gorecka (wish me luck, I'm getting married in August!).

For basically my entire life, I've been writing something or other, but sticking to it? Ha! That was another story entirely. Writing was always that thing I loved, my passion project, but I kind of kept it in the "hobby" box, maybe gathering a bit of dust. After wrestling with my own brain for a few years (shout out to therapy!), I finally had that lightbulb moment, quit the day job that was doing my head in, and realised... wait a minute... maybe the thing I've always done is the thing I'm meant to do? Groundbreaking, I know.

So, here I am, finally giving this writing lark the attention it deserves. The first book I am writing? Oh, this book has been my shadow, my baby, my ridiculously patient companion through countless rewrites and "what am I even doing?" moments. It's finally here, and honestly, it's just the beginning. I've got a whole universe of books rattling around in this head of mine, just waiting to escape (wink, wink and intense foreshadowing).
