          I‘m looking for a book that if read a while ago.  It’s about a fated pair of „elves“ one light/sun elv and the other a a dark/moon/night elv.
          At a certain time in there live they find out who there mate will be. If said mate is not the same kind of elv light/sun elves get to choose to abandon their mate and stay or leave their home „dimension“ and live on earth with no contact whatsoever with anyone from home. While the dark elves get collard and are being watched constantly.
          Since every elv always knows where exactly their other half is the dark elv knows he’s mate chose him and is there for on earth. So he tries to escape to earth to find his mate.
          
          This author has some other mate stories. Like one where a light/sun elv is mated to a mere man prince. How works at a school for supernatural children.
          
          In both books are a pair of sisters who are witches.
          
          Does anyone have an idea who the author is? Or the title of one of the books?
