Peter Cullen, you have been the voice of Optimus Prime for decades (nearly 50 years). The happiness, joy, and so many more emotions that you have brought us by being the voice of the character we love dearly, will never be forgotten. You may not be with us anymore... but you will live on through the hearts and minds of us all. You have been the voice of so many others, including but not limited to Eeyore, and Monterey Jack.
From franchise voice lines like "Autobots, Roll out." To personal lines that his brother Larry Cullen once said "A real hero doesn't yell. They are strong enough to be gentle" to a line that Optimus Prime once said "Above all, do not lament my absence, for in my spark, I know that this is not the end..." hits us all a little bit differently now as does the line "There is a thin line between being a Hero and Being a memory." I beleive I may speak for us all when I saw he was. Hero to us all and he will never just be a memory. He is apart of what makes us who we are, even if we may not realize it right now.
Thank you for lighting our darkest hours with your voice in all of the Movies, shows, and games as well as funny moments in interviews, and thank you. Thank you for being the voice of Optimus Prime for nearly 50 years. You will never be forgotten. Thank you for all you have done for the transformers community and Franchise.
I hope you are able to rest in peace, and rejoin your brother one last time. Thank you and once more you will live on in our hearts, and minds.
