Since the rose blooms in early autumn as well, and the Presidential Election is after Summer Holiday and before the Yokohama Disturbance, a part two of your arc could be plausible, possible, or probable. It depends on where and when you’d like to write the next part of the hangouts/dates.

@Gaialeonmark2 If the arc you want to write takes place between Enrollment and the Nine Schools Competition, and Summer Holiday comes after said Nine Schools Competition, then it’s perfect timing if it is around late spring or close to it. Next is the fact that the Four Houses are powerful royalty in Kyoto as well as secretive about matters like the Akuma, hence the symbolism by the rose. Friendship is because the quartet could have fun activities outside of school with their friends, love or romance because of dates they could plan, and I think of compass rose because the Four Symbols represent the cardinal directions.
