For those who haven't noticed, and those who saw and want to know what happened; the fanfic continuation to It All Started With a Glitch with 46 chapters by the name of "We Were In The Dream SMP" got deleted. That I know of, I was not warned and simply saw that it had gotten removed without notice.
Seeing as it had been up for a solid 4 years without any action being taken, the fact that I had it tagged and marked with trigger warnings and by my memory, even at the start of the paragraphs, this is out of nowhere. Additionally, I do not have a backup of the book.
I did not see this until recently despite it happening in early May unfortunately, and I was merely told to read the guidelines and that it broke a rule, but not which nor where. I have no idea what got it removed.
I have submitted an appeal, though chances are low it will be brought back or that I'll even be given a backup. I'd like to thank everyone who commented, voted and saved that book, as it meant a lot to me before and now to have had so much engagement and love for the story I had written. Without such kind words, I would have never have gotten this far with my writing and publishing.
For future updates and published books; I have one in the works that will span three universes, two of which are canon and written by someone else, but either edited by me for fun or entirely written for a better plot. However, I am now unsure if I want to put it here and risk my other books since it handles more triggering and dark topics, which I've done my best to portray correctly.
If an entire book can be removed without warning and without any details other than an "appeal here!" and "read the guidelines!" I am doubtful that a book with a darker theme will remain without being erased and risking my account.
This book will nonetheless take a long time to come out, and hopefully by then it will have a place to sit for all to read.
