Why is my story being reported to explicit content? I have two books that came out along time ago and is being reported as mature explicit even tho there's barly that much detail to it, and I also but mature content while making these stories like what the hell...why now

Hi hello, I just wanted to say I know alot or some of my love story books contants lots of cheating and breaking up but it's made up and okay, because will it's also for the plot of the books.
