NEWS ON NINJAGO: DR SEASON 2 PART 1 - BOOK 4
          
          - Katarina and Keres will get new hairstyles
          - Benthomaar will get a new Ninja outfit
          - Genevieve and Sora will become close friends
          - Keres' Yin Demon Form will finally get revealed in new art
          - Only one Morningstar will learn the Rising Dragon technique with most of the Ninja, Sora, Genevieve and Arin, the other will return to Mysterium with Cole, Bentho, Zane and Bonzle. 
          - Jordana will be defeated by a Morningstar
          - A new villian will join Lord Ras' team.

The Shorties: Chapter 1 - Let Me Help You (formerly How NOT To Train a Kid with Elemental Tech Powers)

          SUMMARY: 
          Sora has trouble summoning her Elemental Powers of Technology, and Katarina tries to help her. However, when she learns there is more holding her student back, she decides to help her. Meanwhile, Sora learns a part about Katarina's past that answers some of her questions.

A FEW BENTHOMAAR AND KATARINA HCs:
          
          They were in a long distance relationship when they were dating - Katarina continued to live at the Monastery in Ninjago city to resume her training with Wu and the Ninja, while Benthomaar had to stay in Merlopia because he was a ruler. 
          When they have breaks in their busy schedules, they would visit each other in their respective homes and spend every possible second together. It also helped that Katarina was a lieutenant of the Merlopian army and visited Merlopia once a week to oversee their training and briefing meetings and such. 
          
          Both are incredibly touched starved - Katarina never received that kind of affection from her biological and adoptive families that much, and was always embarrassed to ask for it from Garmadon or Lloyd. Benthomaar never received it from Kalmaar, and would sometimes get it from Trimaar, but would always be nervous and hesitant to ask. Physical touch is one of their main love languages. 
          
          Benthomaar has a hard time getting Katarina to relax, and would often have to drag her to a quiet place - mainly their bedroom - sit her down and just cuddle with her while they read or talk, just so she can relax and give herself a break. 
          
          Both suffer from nightmares; Benthomaar’s is arguably the worst, and since Katarina is used to having them herself, she knows exactly how to calm him down when he wakes up from one - She sits him up and hugs him while rubbing his back, and softly nuzzles against the crook of his neck as she whispers words of reassurance in his ears. It usually takes him thirty minutes to an hour to calm down and relax. 
          
          Benthomaar’s love language is gift giving.

          The Shorties: Chapter 1 - How NOT To Train a Kid with Elemental Tech Powers: 
          Katarina becomes Sora's mentor, and decides the first thing on the list would be training her in her Elemental Tech powers. Turns out it's a lot harder than it looks, and she got a lot more than she bargained for. 
          
          The Shorties: Chapter 2 - Finding A Place To Belong:
          Keres discovers Genevieve's sense of mis-belonging, and decides to cure it her way.  But in order for her to do that, she needs to see things from the commander's perspective first.
          
          The Shorties: Chapter 3 - Bump in the CrossRoads:
          Benthomaar and Katarina go out for the first time in six years, and what better place to do it than the CrossRoads? Arin, Sora, Wyldefyre and Genevieve spy on their date, and find out that the couple is having a hard time getting their groove back.
          
          The Shorties: Chapter 4 - Want To Make The First Move or Should I?:
          Katarina, Lloyd and Sora make a visit to the Land of Lost Things to see how things were going after Cole left for his journey. Benthomaar wants to make an approach towards Katarina with having a kid of their own, but has trouble making the first move.
          
          The Shorties: Chapter 5 - Benched:
          After another mission of saving the people from across the Merged Lands, Katarina has had enough of Nya's behavior, and makes the choice to bench the Water Ninja until further notice. However, Kai thinks there's something deeper to his sister's recent irrational and harsh behavior, and decide to dig for it.
          
          The Shorties: Chapter 6 - Merlopian and Imperian Don't Mix!
          During a mission, Genevieve and Sora become trapped with no way to call for help. Their only solution - Team up and find a way out themselves. And if they don't? Well...they're fucked seven ways 'til Sunday.
