Hello, it has been a while so I would like to check in. For progress on the next volume I am a fair bit behind, but it’ll hopefully start turning around once I get back on meds and stop coughing up slimy chunks of blood (I love getting older)... Aside from all that shitshow things are getting better, some of the countless shit I need to deal with is getting dealt with, so the next update will hopefully start out with me stating that I’ve gotten back on track and dealt with all these other problems.

          It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but please look forward to the first of 53 chapters releasing on the 2nd (friday) on this site, and tomorrow on ko-fi (for free). As for the release schedule I’ll do the usual 3 chapters a week, monday, wednesday and friday, and when the initial batch of chapters are done uploading I’ll (hopefully) be ready with another batch, as I’ve decided to continue on with the story for at least 50 ish more chapters.

Current progress on the new project is good, I'll start uploading this month, but I'll do a proper update when I have a precise date.

          It has been some time so I figured I would give an update, now that the current story is coming to an end this month it is time to talk about the next project. It had been my hope that I would’ve finished up the current project I’ve been writing before Mercenary tasked to fix another world, would come to an end, but that isn’t looking likely. The current new project will be a fair bit longer than my current one. I've just finished chapter 41 and the first arc is currently looking to be around 60 chapters, so it’ll be released before the end of the year. 
          This time around I want to polish it up a bit more than last time, so I’ll be also looking to add more than just 2 extra chapters, this time going diving into the backstories of my extended cast instead of just the antagonist, as well as adding multiple lore bits sprinkled around the book where they fit. I’m very happy about the comments I’ve received on my current story, it has really brought back the want in me to write, so I’ll also be releasing two ‘pilot’ chapters of new stories I might be looking to release after I’m done with Mercenary and the one I’m writing now, but they’ll be exclusively uploaded to my Ko-fi until I’ve figured out what to do with them. Lastly I’m sorry about the delay and gap there’ll be between my current uploads and the start of my next project, but I think the wait will be worth it.
          
          Tl;dr, the next project isn’t ready in time to start when the current one ends, but will be done before the year is over, but I think the wait will be worth it. Also pilot chapters of stories I might do will be released in the meantime on my ko-fi.

It seems Wattpad is being difficult and not publishing chapters on their set timers... I'll contact support after I get back home from vacation if the problem persist.

After I don’t even want to count how long I’m releasing a new story! This time it will be a little different, in the way that I’ve already written all 48 parts of this first ‘volume’ and it is available to purchase already, with 2 bonus chapters to bring it to an even 50. 
          This story will release one part at a time, 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and will be available in its entirety by early October.
          
          The first part will be released this Friday at 12:00 AM GMT+2

Still alive, I finished a new chapter that'll be released tomorrow. 
          I really haven't been able to get a single W this past month... I swear to god it feels like I've aged a decade. 
          
          Also, I have 2 other projects with about 10 chapters each I still don't know what to do with... I hope when I'm done moving in like a month things will start to calm down but so far life seems just to want to fuck me repeatedly.
