Asalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaathuhu @Gauhar4islam: I personally am always on a vegatarian diet since I don't get the chance to eat halal meat often. During Ramadan it's much the same, but if I go to someone else's iftaar, I'll gladly partake in any chicken tajeem or cous cous with roast.
If you're looking for a good diet; eggs, beans, nuts and even cheese have protein. You should be getting vitamins and enough protein to have a healthy day to day routine. Google food lists for vegatarians and find your style! That's what I do when I'm in a crunch.
