My life is a war. I have been fighting between life and death for so long I don't know what peace is. I was shaped into acting how guys would with their feelings. Instead of letting out my feelings, I kept them in in front of people in fear that I would be seen as weak. I was told that girls could let out my feelings because it was okay but to me, if you have no reason to cry and you have not been through immense pain, there is no point in crying. I have hurt someone before and been told to apologize. Now that I look back on it, I should have looked up at that teacher and said to her, "Has anyone said sorry for shaping me into this girl who was subtly told that showing your feelings was weak?"
