I'm hungry and tired but I'm so nauseous that I can't sleep and I'm scared that anything I eat will just come back up

I'm so tired and so nauseous I want to cry but I like actually physically can't get the tears to come out

Hot shower help with nausea, but hot water + nausea = dizzy... Not worth it...

"you should take a nausea tablet if you're feeling sick" okay so the nausea tablet doesn't actually stop the nausea. It just makes me unable to throw up. So now I have to sit here still nauseous and also knowing that I can't throw up to STOP feeling nauseous

Fell asleep finally like two hours ago bc I wasn't feeling that nauseous anymore and now I'm awake again :(
