Wait im kinda scared.. So like i searched what Tinnitus rlly was and like i might that tinnitus.. bc sometimes im in a room and its so silent and my ears starting ringing. Like i thought it was normal- i cant be the only one.. right? But idk if i rlly have it, If someone doesnt say they hear ringing or buzzing nosies in silent rooms im gonna cry
