Reasons only Bill and Ginny were actually Gryffindors.
Bill: idk he seemed brave and nice. Fought a werewolf. Was a curse breaker. Just feel like that’s stuff a Gryffindor would do.
Charlie: strikes me as a next generation Newt so I have to say Hufflepuff. However did work with dragons and sneak into Hogwarts so I can see Gryffindor.
Percy: Wanted to work for the ministry. I would say that’s ambitious so Slytherin. Also was the nerd so thirst for knowledge so Ravenclaw.
Twins: JKRowling treated them as one person so I can only really do them as one person. Honestly could be Ravenclaw or Slytherin. Whoever came up with the pranks is Ravenclaw cause of the knowledge needed. Whoever figure out how to execute the pranks is Slytherin cause cunning.
Ron: Slytherin. End of story dude is a Slytherin. We literally see it in the first book. His deepest desire is to be better than everyone in his family. To be Head Boy, Perfect, Quidditch Captain, etc. If that doesn’t scream ambition I don’t know what does. Also is good at chess. You have to be cunning for chess.
Ginny: Jock. Nice. Brave. Doesn’t really fit into any of the others. Yeah she’s a Gryffindor.
