@GabrielUrioste4 You told me you want to be big correct? well with your body type you cause you are of small stature you will gain more mass easier you got to bulk up eat a minimum of 100gm of protein a day and eat 2000 calories every day hit the gym for 5 days out of the 7 of the week 2 for rest cause you will be lifting heavy for repetitions increase weight of exercise by 5lb to 10lb depending how it feels make a schedule for each body part for those days those being back, chest, biceps, legs and triceps and never forget abs do them 1 day yes and 1 day off cause if you do them constantly the muscle will fall asleep and not gain the same tension or fatigue that it needs to become stronger and after your are done pumping iron do 30 mins or more of boxing or cardio year long cardio is a necessity it allows you to eat more meaning more protein and nutrient for your body forget about sugars if you want to eat them you can eat a little amount on the cheat days those being only one of the 2 rest days where you can eat a lot but that doesn't mean you can just pig out on sweets cause you will be eating hundreds of empty calories that will be stored as fat on cheat days eat large quantity of food containing lots of carbs and high amounts of protein usually on my cheat days i eat 1 whole vegetable chicken pizza giving me the energy and carb storage to lift heavy for the start of the week remember to trust the prosses is gonna be hard the first 2 months but after the 3rd or 4th you will start seeing your body change and bulk up like me or biscuit Oliva and with this you got the basics of becoming big the rest is up to you and self learning little ape
