Why GREAT & GOOD?
When I was in the process of designing my brand, for my company GREATGOOD Consulting, I've done nothing by chance. 🍀
I always was a strong believer that, no matter what position in life you have, you need to aspire to be as Great as you can be, and make the Good for as many people as you can. 🤗💪
That's why GREATGOOD became naturally to me, and represents my inspiration quite well. 💡
That represents my Northstar and aspiration, as professional and person. 🌟
Besides that, my initials are GG. 😉 😅
But that's good old fashion ego.

As a Global Media Executive, performing Leadership roles in different Media Industries, such as: TV, Record Labels, Global Entertainment Brands & Franchise Management, across all LOB's; I've led +400 staff members, across Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, spanning more than 45 markets.
I've Managed +800 Million P&L, set the brands, content strategies & partnerships for more than 400 Digital & Linear platforms, across those markets, including the launch of AVOD and SVOD services in key markets.
I'm privileged of having worked with Global artists, producers, partners and brands, serving all age targets: from Kids & Families throughout Tweens, Teens, Young Adults and Adults.
Now as Founder of GREATGOOD, a premier consulting firm specializing in Organizational Culture, Neuroleadership, Emotional Intelligence, and High-Performance Team Development.
My mission is to empower CEOs, Founders, Leadership Teams and people by sharing my expertise with strategic consulting, customized coaching programs, and practical tools to unlock their full potential, align their vision and mission, and drive solid and sustainable business growth.
