Happy black month history to meee and all my fellow black people , this is truly special to me as a little girl who grew hating her skin colour and , living in an incredibly racist white neighborhoods and going to school who kids who would harass the few kids of colour that were allowed there , I had no roots or whatsoever to help me embrace myself and my origins , constant being told how ugly I was because I was just born with a bit more melanin that others , till i grew to realize im actually part of the coolest community , now having littles sisters, I make it my job to let them know how incredible their roots are and how beautiful they are , that racism have NO PLACE in this world and that differences contributes to building the world we live in everyday !
