This may not be for you, but I thought of an idea for the new arc. The idea is for Naruto to use chakra to cover the bullet with chakra to keep it intact while he spins his chakra around the inside of the bullet. When the bullet hits, the chakra covering the bullet breaks, shattering the bullet inside the target, and causing more damage. The best names I have for it are Rasengan Bullet, Rasenbullet, Kudakeru Dangan, and Rasen no Dangan.
