This is a luminous spirit shroom aka ghost mushroom which is a ghost of mushroom with special properties. It grows in the world of spirits that connects the land of the dead and the living  which is why under certain circumstances both a living and a dead being can see them, they grown on lonely stones in shallow water under moon  light and can teleport to more suitable places if deprived the following requirements and they have no roots. These mushrooms glow and can be several colors, shapes sizes & etc.
These mushroom have human like consciousness and can reflect a person's emotional diversity through their colors , shapes, sizes, luminosity & etc.
