Wishing a very happy New Year to anyone who reads this! Let's hope the world recovers by the end of 2021. This year certainly hasn't been the best but remember that there are positives in everything!
I started writing this year, learnt the ways of the internet (partially), and though I spent 9 months stuck in another country, it was worth it because I did it with my family. My passion for Minecraft was reignited, I got to meet all of you and keep in touch with some old friends over quarantine.
I'm not the most optimistic person myself, but I can safely say that the experiences of this year have made me a better person than I was last year and I think of when I'll be explaining the events of this 'catastrophic' year to kids born years into the future. This year, people got a chance to interact with others across oceans and continents and work more on the things they love doing, instead of being constantly held back by school or college, which is definitely a plus.
My point is that 2020 was probably not the best year of your life, but it wasn't an year wasted. Next year, all of us can try going back to our old lives with fresh zeal and determination and I'll try my level best to make sure I do. 2020 is over now!
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021
P.S. @VeeSanders Thank you for sticking with me sis <3
P.P.S. This whole thing was supposed to be one sentence, I have no clue why I made it that long but I'll keep it-
