I can’t believe how amazing the Pokémon Journey’s episode was. It was so well written with amazing funny and incredible moments. I love how all of the characters interacted. From Ash not remembering Wallace to Serena giving Chloe confidence and giving her the same advice as ash did with her.
I can’t believe how well Serena was written in this episode and I hope it continues throughout the series. She definitely feels like she is well on her way to accomplish her goal. She has matured so much and has become her own person.
I also can’t believe I am saying this but the only and last 30 seconds of the episode were absolutely prefect and much better than what I could’ve asked for. I loved the glimmer in their eyes when they were talking so passionately towards each other. The way they were supporting each other and pushing themselves to keep going and to be the very best they can be. “If you aim to be the strongest, then I will aim to be the best performer”. Even though it wasn’t hard core amourshipping, it was incredible to see. You could easily feel the love (indirectly) and the amount that they care for each other. Unfortunately another external force pushed them away and I loved how it was mirroring the ending of XYZ. I would give it a solid 10/10, holy sh*t, I am excited for the awaited promised reunion between the two.
