I'm open to a lot and enjoy reading others' stories... if you want an honest critique, I'll give you one. I'm a bit of a grammar Nazi though, so be warned. :P
I love a variety of music types! Classical, Alternative, Pop, Kpop (my friends sucked me in... I am now a junkie), Rock, Country in the case of the Dixie Chicks lol... I have a tendency to get obsessed with one thing at a time and I'm currently obsessed with Marina and the Diamonds. My favorite "childhood" band is Boston... dad played them a lot in the car when I was little. 
Some of my favorite authors include Kurt Vonnegut, J.K. Rowling, Haruki Murakami, Funke, and Ned Vizzini. If you've missed any of their books, go read them. O.O
