            I prefer the movies as well, the books are very hard to read :s I don't think Tolkien was the best at describing  ending scenes or action scenes :s it's a shame they didn't come out the other way round really! Would have made more sense that way :)
            
            Hmmmm in not sure I have a favourite too be fair, or might just be I haven't seen the films in ages :P how about yourself? :)

            Yes! my family and I tried reading through the books (we haven't read it all through though). I definitely prefer watching the movies! its a wild ride XD
            I dont remember if I've seen the hobbit movies tho... might just be the lord of the rings...
