I'm so embarrassed right now. I was telling my dad about how the PJO books were getting turned into a series. Then I told him how horrible the movies were, and he was really confused because he didn't even know I read the books. Then I told him we read the last book in school last year with our teacher. She let us watch the movie after. It was so bad it led my friend to swear... sorta (She said "Luke is a son of a female dog!" I was confused until I searched up what a female was.) And he said "Why'd she say a bad word?" And I said "Cause she was so pissed off."
And then he just sort of made this fake-shocked face that was sorta smiling and said "You just said a bad word" And I was so confused because I didn't know "pissed" was a swear word, because my mom just said it so much. I was soooo embarrassed, and I apologized a lot. My dad just seemed to find it hilarious, which just made me more embarrassed. After all that, I remembered I once said it in 4th grade about something and my teacher (Which is the same teacher who showed us the movie. She was a 4th grade teacher but got moved to middle school since my school is a Pre-K-8th grade Catholic school. So I get to have her as a teacher until I graduate the school next year. She's actually super cool.) Anyways, my teacher told me to maybe use different phrasing.
But I'm so embarassed right now. It also made me think of the Unicorn scene in Gravity Falls where the unicorn said something like "We have too much hair than we know what to deal with, and we keep it to ourselves just to tick humans off. Whatcha gonna do about it" And I remember thinking "wouldn't piss humans off sound better?"
But yeah I'm so embarrassed like I don't even know whyyyyyyyy.
