Death is something that have always fascinated us humans who have the questionable gift of being aware of our own mortality. We fear it, we're in awe of it, we despise it... sometimes wish it upon others, sometimes upon ourselves. Despite our fascination, there's not much that we know about death, as no one lived to share the tale (I'm so original). Surprising to some, the discussion of death in the anime world is quite fascinating, there's a hint of Eastern Philosophies, but much more than that, fictional characters that represent a nihilistic perspective that others never dare to say.
