I think I made a mistake, my arm got really itchy so I scratched it without thinking…I scratched it so much It bled. It’s now all red and sore. What does that classify as?

I just made cheesy pasta but I made the sauce too thin so it’s basically cheese soup with pasta in it…where did I go wrong?
