@page250vibes I've only watched till the 2nd movie and I've never read the books, but from what I've heard from other fans they say in the books Teresa was manipulated and was forced to betray Thomas by WICKED or they'll have him killed which left her no choice but to join WICKED. Whereas in the movies, they showed Teresa was the one who chose to betray the gladers with the reason she just wants to find a cure so she won't have to see people spiralling into madness then die like her mom did. I feel as tho if they actually showed us Teresa was actually manipulated and threatened by WICKED I think people would hate her less. p.s. I've only gotten into this shucking fandom like a month ago so my knowledge about TMR is very little
