The way you build dread through sensory details (cold floors, flickering sconces, the "thread tugging her downward") is masterful. I couldn’t stop visualizing:
          
          The dying phone light slicing through darkness, then blacking out at 70% — pure nightmare fuel
          
          Silent panels of (Y/n) pressing her ear to the door, boots echoing in stone corridors
          
          The dungeon descent — shadows swallowing stairwells, whispered "(Y/n)..." bleeding into jagged lettering
          
          Color as tension: Fire’s amber glow vs. phone’s sterile blue vs. crushing void-black
          
          Your horror thrives on absence:
          
          Empty frames where something should be
          
          Sound design via typography (whispers as fractured text)
          
          Claustrophobic layouts (tight panels on creaking floors, widening to dungeon abyss)
          That "bloomed fully into dread" line? Perfect for a visual reveal.

          America grew up in New Orleans but moved to Gotham at 17, and her parents died in a car accident. She had a 6.8 GPA in 9 grade that moved her to grades faster and graduated in senior year. She was a prodigy in mathematics, science, chemistry, engineering, chemistry, software development, music, art, culinary,  gymnastic, and criminal investigation. She joined at the age of 23 and got a partner with Harvey Bullock, who didn't like her but slowly liked her, and soon it became love, but they kept it hidden. She is friendly with Don maroni and Don falcone as closest friends for years. She saved them in a fire, and they paid them their lives, but she never took advantage of it and rarely asked for favors Unless it was an emergency. Her best friends were Lee Thompson, Selina-Kyle, and Fish Mooney. They all became her friends and Bruce and Alfred. especially her parents, who gave her a mansion in their will, including all of their money, cars, and land. She can wear what she wants as long it is appropriate for work.
