im just gonna say rq that my cat has a brain tumor and is gonna die within like 2 weeks so ill prolly post 1 or 2 chapts soon but once she kicks the bucket ill go mia for a lil while. i may not though and kind of bury myself in my hobbies so i dont think about it but yk just a heads up

First off, happy new year, everyone! I just want to explain my absence as of recent. Honestly, I don't have a good explanation. I just haven't been feeling my usual flow of creativity lately. Most of my time has been spent playing video games like Pokémon and Minecraft, watching TV, and overall enjoying my break. Before then, I had finals, so of course, that was soaking up all of my free time. I do hope that once school starts back up again, I will have regained the motivation to write.
          
          I hope you all can understand and will hold a bit of patience for me :') I'm not the best at consistency, but once I get the ball rolling for a chapter, it comes out pretty quick. Thanks for reading, and once again, happy new year!

Hey guys! I just wanted to update you all on how I and the story are doing. 
          
          The reason I haven't updated in a while is because I've been super busy with the end of the quarter for school. Quarter finals and getting late work in has really been draining my energy to do anything but scroll through tiktok and sleep.
          
          Another reason is that I just haven't had any motivation to write lately. I'm kind of in a rut on what to write and it's been kicking my butt. Also, my mental health is kind of going pbbbllltt right now so that might be a factor too. I don't want to keep you guys waiting or constantly wondering where chapter five is, so I'm just letting you know I might go on a short hiatus while I work on the next few chapters. 
          
          Again, I'm super sorry about this. I'll update as soon as I can, but I'll make sure to announce my un-hiatusing once I think I'm in a better mood to write.
